Complaint against DPD

My initial delivery date was Friday 18th August 2017. I was indoors the whole day but my delivery didn't come. When I checked online, it stated that I missed the delivery and a calling card was given instead. I did not hear any knock on the door and I did not see any calling card. I then decided to change my delivery date to Saturday 19th August 2017 and again I stayed home all day but this time you did not even attempt to deliver my parcel even though the tracking stated it was at my local southwark depot. Now, without my input, the tracking has changed my delivery date to Sunday 20th August 2017 but still failed to send my parcel despite being only 20 mins away. When tracking my parcel again, it says my parcel was refused and it's returning it back to the consignor. I am extremely fed up, disappointed and angry with their services. I've tried calling them but was left waiting for over 30mins with no response. Will definitely not be using their services ever again.
