[LAPSED] Item not delivered

Complaint against DPD

Having ordered an item for delivery and paid extra for a Saturday delivery I was advised that it would be delivered between 4-5 pm. At 4.40 I received a message stating that somene had tried to deliver the item but no one was in - I was in and no one rang the bell ' the message also stated that a card had been left - there was no card. Having tried to contact dpd the only option i had was to arrange another deliver - I did this for a shop to be delivered the following day and received a message that it would be delivered by 12 noon. No further communication was received but I went to the shop at 7 pm and was advised that there had been no delivery! I now have no idea where my item is and have no idea when or where it is to be delivered. It is so disappointing frustratung - having paid extra and arranging two deliveries.
