[LAPSED] Lack of care

Complaint against DPD

Dpd always try to deliver to the back where there is no doorbell or mailbox, the back is a different street name. I called customer service to complain and thier response was "how is the driver supposed to know it's a different street", well by simply looking at the street name. On the rare occasion they make some sort of attempt to contact you, they are very rude and unhelpful.

Hello Richard, I am very sorry to hear that you had such a poor experience. Using the tracking on the DPD website or the app you can add delivery instructions to clarify which door to attempt.
