Complaint against DPD

On moving my belongings back to the UK from UAE. I used a packing and shipping company who have a contract with DPD. My packages arrived with 16 broken and damaged items! I’ve carefully chosen the precious items I want to keep and take home. It’s heartbreaking. DPD we’re responsible for all transport within the UK and have the final say for insurance payment. Despite my sender saying they have sent all my details to DPD Some months ago. Rather than try to resolve the matter they have passed me from pillar to post blaming other companies that I have not paid to transport my goods. So even though my things are insured I have spent hours and hours and hours taking pictures, sourcing replacements for 16 items. Purchasing items on their request so they can have the receipt, Then countless emails for five months and still no refund! The sender I found out are telling me bare faced lies and I have their own confirmation on this.They then told yes DPD have accepted responsibility and payment will be made but nothing has happened. I have an email from DPD stating they will pay full claim for damages, still nothing. I truly hope no one else ever goes through this. It’s very stressful. I have lots of photos, messages and emails to back up my story.
