Complaint against DPD

I feel totally disappointed with DPD's lack of response to several complaints - literally not even bothered to email or call me back. We've been expecting a really important parcel so decided that one of us will take a day off to stay at home and make sure that we won't miss it. In the morning we received an email and a text saying that the delivery is due between 13:31 and 14:31 - perfect. I was sitting at home and waiting while doing some work on my laptop I also had my CCTV displayed on the TV. No sign of the courier and then suddenly a new email arrives informing me that "we've missed you"?!?!?!? also it stated that a calling card was left at my door which was a complete and utter lie. When I clicked on the link provided in the email it showed me a photo a "calling card location" where I could only see the driver's finger. No one ever rang my bell, knocked on the door or even got close to my property (CCTV footage). Knowing that I wasted my whole day off and won't be getting my parcel because of a dishonest courier made me extremely upset and decided to contact DPD customer service line. Ignorant consultant informed me that the tracker says driver was outside my property at 13:41 and it's my fault. When I told her that I've got a high end CCTV system covering the whole area around my house and that after checking it i'm 100% sure that the courier was not even outside the property she offered to call him. After holding for around 10 minutes she got back to me saying that she couldn't get thru to the driver and that they have some issues with the Dagenham depot. I thought it was now pointless to carry on with the conversation and decided to go online and send an email using the MAKE IT RIGHT service which feels more like WE DO NOT CARE. I got a confirmation email with case reference and was informed that will get a reply within 90 minutes. I received NOTHING! I suppose they went thru the email and thought that if they leave it till tomorrow I will collect my parcel and shut up. If they driver or the depot would have rang me in the morning saying we're sorry but the driver has too much work today and won't be able to deliver your parcel - I wouldn't mind as this would have been an honest approach and I would have planned my day differently. Instead I've been LIED TO, I've been IGNORED and also DPD staff was trying to make me think it's my fault because the tracker is never wrong. The driver has LIED about the delivery attempt, he made a fraudulent photo of a never delivered calling card simply because he has not even tried to delivered it. Two things in life make me really furious - IGNORANCE AND DISHONESTY and unfortunately I've experienced both from DPD customer services twice this year. In the first case I had nothing to prove that the driver was wrong however now - I have full CCTV footage CLEARLY SHOWING THAT THE DRIVER HAS NOT BEEN AT MY ADDRESS AND DID NOT ATTEMPT TO LEAVE A CALLING CARD and then he took a false photo of attempted delivery. No one bothered to call me back to explain this situation. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
