[RESPONDED] Lying driver, still trying to get my parcel delivered

Complaint against DPD

DPD were due to deliver my parcel on Friday 23rd. I was given an hour slot of 10.50 - 11.50. After 12, when my parcel hadn't been delivered I checked my account and it stated that the driver had attempted to deliver my parcel at 10.53 but couldn't as there was no one to sign and left a calling card. I can confirm no DPD van called to my street as I was at home and no calling card was left. I rang DPD customer services who confirmed they could not get in touch with the driver but left a voice mail to ask him to redeliver, which he didn't. On Friday evening I again rang DPD customer services and was informed they would upgrade me to Saturday delivery and get the driver to deliver my parcel on Saturday 24th. Again, no attempt was made to deliver my parcel and I have had to yet again ring DPD customer service to be told I will be again upgraded to Monday before 12 delivery. While the customer service agents have been very helpful I am really fed up with the attitude of the drivers, lying and clearly not doing their job. I do not see how I can resolve this as the driver seems to refuse to deliver my parcel
