[LAPSED] Misdelivery and extorinate phone charge

Complaint against DPD

Dpd misdelivered an item to another address.I phoned them to complain and when I looked at my phone bill I had been charged nearly £17 for a fourteen minute phone call. I've emailed them and been completely fobbed off.
