Complaint against DPD
DPD have delivered my parcel to an address around a mile away from my actual address and, according to the person i spoke to on the phone, because three days have passed they are unable to do anything, despite her saying that the driver's tracking system showed him clearly going to the wrong address. I have been told to contact the sender, who is not at fault, and ask them to try and resolve this which seems insane? I have done so but think that as the DPD driver has clearly gone to the wrong address, DPD should resolve the issue caused by their company.
