[RESPONDED] Missing Parcel - Terrible Service

Complaint against DPD

The DPD driver arrived at the premises we share with numerous other companies on 30th January to deliver four consignment numbers for three companies. He was rude to the Reception staff, stating he "wasn’t able to separate the deliveries and had to rush off or he would lose his job”. He only obtained two signatures for the consignments, managed to deliver two of the parcels to the incorrect company's within the building and although our consignment number has a signature, it hasn’t been delivered. We have checked through the CCTV footage which confirms what has happened but we now need to know where our missing parcel is. I’ve tried to get through to your Customer Service several times today but each time I’m being transferred to our local depot, the phone goes dead. I've also contacted the social media email address to which I've yet received a response.
