Complaint against DPD

ok so I booked a delivery date for today as I am on hols tomorrow. booked a day off work and sat and waited for my delivery at 12pm.... 12pm came and went. checked the app and said my address cannot be found ????? the delivery driver last week managed. and the time before that and the time before that. So rang through your app. on phone waiting for 13mins. said would try to call the depot and asked me to call back. I did and appear nothing done. so lady called depot and advised would send a message to the driver. called later on and advised the driver would return and I gave my mobile number for the driver to call it there was an issue. just checked on line to see that apparently I refused the package !!!!! I have been at home all afternoon. I live on my own and no knock at the door or a call !!!!
