[RESPONDED] No Delivery x 2 - Lies then told to wait in for a third day

Complaint against DPD

Re parcel number 16027776455831 I expected a parcel to be delivered 2 days ago on the 28th March 2017, they pushed buzzer then drove off before I could open the door. They said they left a card, which is a lie, and the photo they took doesn't even match up to our home address! Rearranged delivery for today and they didn't even bother to turn up, they just sent a text saying we weren't in, when there was 3 of us in all day! We got another picture that doesn't match up to our home address, they hadn't even buzzed our door number, then we contacted customer services and was told we would just have to arrange it for another day! We have now waited in 2 days and wasted our time and missed a drs appointment. I want compensation for waiting in 2 days and being lied to about leaving a card and their photo showing an incorrect home address. It is very clear the driver could not be bothered to deliver our parcel and I will wait in no more for such an Appalling Company with Appalling customer service.
