[LAPSED] No idea, Parcel was supposed to24hs delivery. Monday, driver couldn’t even read the address service

Complaint against DPD

Parcel was supposed to24hs delivery. Monday, driver couldn’t even read the address properly and tried to deliver to a different house, even took a photo of the wrong house with a different number to ours! Booked for Wednesday and parcel was ignored and didn’t even leave the depot. Were told by customer services that they would personally oversee its delivery for Friday. Still no parcel. Now been told they have no idea why it wasn’t delivered or where it is! Been told it will be here Tuesday but have no confidence al all that it will be. Am still waiting for any sort of apology or explanation as to why I paid extra for Guaranteed 24hr delivery when it still isn’t here over a week later.
