Complaint against DPD

The first day when I received a message telling that my parcel will be delivered later it was cancelled because of some issues company had...ok. next day, I was waiting again all day for the delivery to come, I was all day at home at the front room. No one came all day and later I've got an email and a text message telling me that I wasn't at home, so the question is, do they better know were I was? The driver is such a liar... instead of delivering it he just choose to mark that the customer is not at home, even marked that he left a note, sorry but nothing was even left BECAUSE HE DIDN'T SHOWED UP!...When trying to call customer service there is no one to talk to, just to listen to a record and choose another day for redelivery, is it worth it?? Next day he maybe will say that I wasn't at home again. Rubish service. Will make sure everyone knows about them and when I'll order next time will make sure that it's not them who are delivering it.
