Complaint against DPD

I placed an order with Slam City Skates on Wednesday 5th July. As soon as I recieved confirmation, I changed the delivery address to my local pickup shop (Stop N Shop, 327 Fulham Palace Rd, Fulham, London SW6 6TJ). The parcel was promptly dispatched to that address. However, on Thursday I received a text saying that the parcel could not be sent to the pick-up shop and that it would be delivered between 18.14 and 19.14 to my home address that evening. People were in the house at this time but there was no attempt to deliver the parcel and no calling card was left behind. I received another text saying that they had attempted delivery. This was false. On Friday 7th July, I received another text stating that my parcel would be delivered between 13:45 & 14:45 with the implication that it would be delivered to my house however it was followed up by a text at 14:38 saying that is had been delivered to Stop N Shop. On my way home, I went to the pick-up point and they said that no parcel had been delivered. I also had not received a barcode for the parcel. After waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone on the phone, the person I spoke to assured me that the parcel was at the shop. The shop owner allowed me to check for myself; there was no parcel. I was advised to contact the local depot who also said it had been delivered. On my way home and after making a £20 phone call, I received an update on the online tracking that said that the parcel was back at the Southall depot. I would like to collect my parcel on the Saturday 8th July as I am able to go to the depot on this day however the online form is not allowing me to do this (it originally did but when I submitted the request, it gave me an error message). Of course, I am frustrated with chasing my parcel. Something that should be an easy collection from m local pickup point as turned into a stressful search for a parcel and a waste of a phone call. Some sort of compensation for the now pointless phone calls would also be appreciated as your system clearly has issues.
