Complaint against DPD
Hi, my parcel has been lost last week(waited for it one week) by DPD. After few phone calls made(spent over £10), they have advised me to contact supplier/seller to rearrange a new delivery. No remedies have been offered for the time delay(now will need to wait another week to receive a new parcel from abroad), stress caused, and additional charges incurrred. I was told as well, that only seller will be be able to get a claim. It would never happen with Royal Mail. There you are reimbursed for things like that.
