No updates on my delivery or parcel.

Review of DPD

I have the dpd app and usually have no problems with my orders but I was expecting a delivery yesterday (Monday) But wasn’t giving the regular option of choosing a 1 hour time slot. I kept refreshing the app but no luck. I could not wait indoors allday, As I had things to do so I changed the day of delivery to the next day (today). I still have not received any updates on my parcel except from confirmation that I rescheduled the day of delivery. I can not afford to spend the whole day waiting for a parcel again.
