Complaint against DPD

I have been waiting for 10 days for my parcel to arrive. From the track my parcel it has been coming and going from Croydon depot to the Birmingham depot. Arrived in Croydon on 4.7.19 at 2.23am and still not delivered. This company will not reply to emails. Their phone system is a nightmare unless you pay over £3 a minute! Have had problems with DPD subsidery companies before while sending a parcel to South Africa where it was held to ransom until an extortionate amount of money for 'processing' was paid more than the parcel was worth. If I could not give any stars it sould be too much.
