Complaint against DPD

I asked in advance to deliver to my neighbour in the same house. First, they don't have flat numbers or any other means to identify the neighbour in their address menu. Second, the neighbour was there waiting and nobody knocked on her door. I've got 'Sorry we miss you' note with a suggestion to redeliver – the first available date is 3 days later. No contact details on their website, no means to get in touch to explain or clarify the situation, no way to communicate. Totally stupefying sitting here trying to find the solution out of the loop. Please never again send me anything with DPD! Nightmare.
