Complaint against DPD

Since they not respond on my emails I will copy the last email I send to them and after this one no one email me back they treat me like trash.... Following my problem with the wrong delivery address. I really don’t understand why it’s taking all this long. Please let me explain the following: I have been contacted on 7 Dec 2016 (TicketID #6651478) Signed by Mrs. Bianca Bertram Telling me that my address was corrected and the delivery is on its way.   On 9 Dec 2016, one of your company truck ring the door asking me to accept a delivery box. However the truck driver didn’t find my box and he was surprised that he have my correct address with him. But without my item.   On 12 Dec 2016 was contacted again by Stephanie (TicketID #6651478)     Till today I am not sure what’s wrong or if my item is lost or not. Please I would like a confirmation from your side telling me where is the exact location of my item at the moment.   And if it’s possible to deliver to the address I provided to you before (Many times now)     Sorry for any inconvenience but it has been too long I hope you understand.
