Parcel being held at DPD

DPD
I order items from oh polly on the 4th october and they sent my order to dpd on the 5th October. My parcel was estimated to be delivered on the 8th October but never arrived. When I contacted oh polly about this they told me that they had sent it to DPD but dpd are holding it at their depot for some reason. I have ask oh polly to open an investigation but they have yet to get back to me. If someone could please let me know where my parcel is and when it will be delivered.
