[LAPSED] Parcel Didnt Arrive

Complaint against DPD

My DPD parcel has failed to arrive, I received a text saying that nobody was home but we have been home for the entire day. There were no attempts for the delivery to be made, and no 'sorry we missed you' card. So disappointed
