Complaint against DPD

I have made a booking for two parcels on the 25th Nov 2018 and paid for with a Credit card., meant to be collected on the next day 26th Nov 2018 a11.53am to 12.53.......I end waiting all day no body come. On the 27th Nov 2018 I had a live chat with DPD agent, many apologies did not know the reason why the driver did not come, promised the 27th will be collected and gave me a new Labels to be printed....whole day waited no one come....has another chat with the agent same thing, apologies again he did not know why the parcel is not collected,....on the 28th I have decided to cancel the shipment and use another company as I wasted three working days, for a ebay sale. I received an e mail saying sorry we missed you....I have cameras to prove that no one come to collect, My property I have a big parking facility.. so no reasonable reson why they did not collect my parcel...NEGATIVE FEEDBACK NOT HAPPY AT ALL WASTED THREE DAYS, WASTED CHATS WITH THE DPD AGENT...NOW TRYING TO GET THE MONEY BACK...it seems another problem. I have e mails and chat histories to prove.
