[RESPONDED] Parcel still hasn't been picked up

Complaint against DPD

Hi I booked in my parcel to be collected from a local dpd pickup shop ( sainsburys) it was booked in at the shop at 27th October. I received a text today from my customer to ask where the parcel was ( 3rd October) I went back to sainsburys and was told that it was still waiting for it to be picked up along with lots of other parcels. With insurance I've paid nearly £30 for 1-2 day service but 7 days later it still hasn't even been picked up. Awful service.

Thank you for your reply. In the end I had to physically pick it up from the drop off shop myself. I wasn't at all pleased. A total waste of a week.
