Complaint against DPD

My parcel number: 11536818634519 was supposedly delivered on 03/03 into our shed. As it happens my nanny was home when the delivery happened and can confirm no one rang the bell. According to the pictures, the parcel was in our shed but it wasn't there when my nanny checked the shed literally a few minutes after the supposed delivery. Our hypothesis is therefore that the driver took the parcel back with him. The building has CCTV and so I have asked the building manager for the footage to confirm this. In the meantime, I have contacted DPD customer service multiple times and only got "we'll get back to you" answers ...

Hi Virginie, I can see by the notes that you've already spoke to us regarding this. We're just waiting for the CCTV footage so we can investigate.
