[LAPSED] Parcel Stolen?

Complaint against DPD

On 16th February 2018 I received email: We'll deliver your dpd parcel on MONDAY 19th February 2018 We will send you your 1 hour time slot on the day of delivery once your parcel has been loaded on the van, usually by 11:00am. Your parcel: ‍15500187238407 Today Is Tuesday 20th February 2018 and I still did not received any information about my parcel. I also informed yesterday about this situation via form on website.
