Complaint against DPD

I had sent a courier with a prepaid label with DPD and and dropped it off in a drop off point..it seemed to go quite right till it reached Edinburgh and had delays. I could understand that but I had paid for a n express service. Regardless of everyday tracking, they said it was going to be sent to an alternative address as in back to me..it did not give me any reason why. After it was delivered it looked unusual, I opened it a little to see that it wasn't my parcel, it was someonelses to be sent to China. it had really expensive stuff , in it. My parcel had some things that are priceless. This could be the same situation. I called customer service and they said they would send the driver back and take the parcel. I was fine with that .. but I am furious because my parcel hasn't reached its receiver or either me.. where is my parcel??? They have no answer they said they will try their best.. Is that all...I sent a parcel with so much confident that DPD would provide a good satisfied service like they said. I am unsatisfied with the service and till date very upset...Cause my priceless things have been lost. Because of carelessness.
