[LAPSED] Poor customer service

Complaint against DPD

DPD messaged me saying that my parcel would arrive on the 13th Nov 2017. Two days later, there is no update and no information as to when the parcel is likely to arrive. Unable to speak to someone via their customer services number. It is just an automated service that keeps redirecting me to their website. Disappointing! The page on their website for emailing customer services does not appear to be functional at present. I simply want to know when my parcel is going to be delivered. Why is this so hard for DPD??
