Complaint against DPD

After days of tracking a parcel that had to arrive on Wednesday, I noticed on Wednesday that delivery had been delayed. This information wasn't made available until the afternoon. Delivery to DPD warehouse was checked in at 9.30am so DPD had a full day to honour their delivery date (I live 40mins away from the warehouse) but due to the time of year they are 'too busy'. Surely at Christmas time this should be expected and additional resources set in place. Took me some searching to find a phone number to call but it proved to be useless anyway.
