Complaint against DPD

I was waiting for a parcel on Friday (23/11) but anyone appears. Checking the status of my parcel online I found out that they attempted to deliver it but they did not have access to the address. I rescheduled the delivery to the next monday (25/11). I received a call from the driver on Saturday. He wanted to delivery my parcel without any previous communication . I told him that I booked the delivery on Monday and I was not expecting him that morning. I emailed the dpd's costumer service asking information about my parcel on Monday. First they said that my parcel was not going out for delivery that morning. Later, they changed the story to " the driver had not access to your gate" and I finished my delivery attempts. I do not know where they where sending my parcel. I leave in a normal building with a normal door and bell, in a court without gate!!! Poor service quality! 1) the driver decided to deliver my parcel on Saturday, ignoring my booking for the next Monday 2) DPD counted the Saturday attempt as normal attempt even if they confirmed the new schedule for 25/11 on 23/11 3) They clearly lied about my Monday attempt 4) They did not have any idea where my address is. It is the first time that people don't find my address (Tesco delivery, UPS, plumber, taxi, always find my house)
