DPD
I have been waiting all morning for my DPD delivery. When the tracker said it was nearby I went to look out of the window to find that a note had already been pushed through to say I’d missed it. When I went on a live chat to ask them to return (it was within 5 minutes), the person on the other end was really rude and just closed the chat window when I said I couldn’t understand why this had happened and that I wanted to make an official complaint, so I’m making it on here as I wasn’t allowed to with ‘customer services’. I am so upset about wasting my time and being spoken to in such a rude way. I would probably go out of my way to use another service wherever possible now.
