Complaint against DPD

After problems yesterday with a DPD delivery not trying hard to deliver a parcel when he came today, I mentioned the problem and he said he had rung, I pointed inside to the room where I was and said that was not the case. He then as he left said ' get your hearing tested' - I replied that he had better be careful - was going to add - 'I will report you' but he had gone. He then came back rang the bell and accused me of threatening him - to which I replied that I was going to report his attitude. Surely DPD need to look at their customer relations - a simple apology would have helped, even if he had thought he'd rung the bell ( which obviously- with 2 of us not hearing - he did not! ) I had a reply by email to yesterday's complaint, but nothing further yet.
