[LAPSED] Said I was not in to sign

Complaint against DPD

I have been in all morning waiting for my parcel and they sent a text saying nobody was here to sign. I needed this for tomorrow and the next redelivery is not until Tuesday. Nobody even rang my doorbell, I can’t contact the driver and the customer service helpline is an automated message which only provides options for redelivery on another day. After paying for next day delivery I have been let very angry and upset.
