[LAPSED] shocking, appalling, dismal: the worst company ever?

Complaint against DPD

As normal DPD tried to deliver my parcel to the wrong address, if they tried at all. This has happened multiple times with DPD, and despite having my postcode, phone number, picture of the outside of my house and written instructions I still end up with the "We could not deliver your parcel because you were not in....." message on their app. Apparently they left a calling card, which I cannot find, so either they left it at the wrong address or not at all. I waited at the front windows of my house and didn't even see a DPD van, so if they did try and deliver to the wrong house it was not even on my street. How they can get this so badly wrong every single time I fail to understand. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
