[RESPONDED] Shocking customer service

Complaint against DPD

I recieved email with 1 hour time slot and waited in. During the slot I recieved another email saying I wasn't in??? and I should click a link to arrange delivery again. Then to make things worse, when I input my item number they tell me I've signed for my parcel and it's been delivered???? So according to them an invisible man, driving an invisible van, delivered my parcel to an invisible customer who forged my signature. So I then try to call my local depot so they could phone the driver to find out where he's "delivered" my parcel and three times on the trot they hang up without answering. By now my blood is boiling and I try their "customer support" email which I get a reply saying they will contact me within 90 minutes. That was 8 hours ago. Do not use this thieving company.
