[LAPSED] Terrible delivery attempts!

Complaint against DPD

DPD have on 3 occasions NOT been able to deliver parcels I have ordered. The first occasion was when I wasn’t in and they never bothered to buzz any neighbors. The second time the courier couldn’t find my address so they sent it back to depot. The third time I asked them to deliver to a specific neighbour and they didn’t, just said there was no answer and left a card with zero details on it, just a blank card. (My neighbour was in!) Then I asked them to deliver the day after to me and I just got a delivery will be with you on (date... today) I never got any message to say time slot, I called customer services numerous times and I was told the courier hadn’t even scanned my parcel and I was told they couldn’t guarantee delivery due to it being Black Friday weekend! I didn’t even receive a message saying sorry we couldn’t deliver your parcel.... absolutely rubbish!
