Complaint against DPD

my experience was terrible to receive a parcel from amazon because i dont have it yet. 5 days of delay at the moment, the driver doesn't speak English or didn't want to listen,the central cant do anything for me, the local depot doesn't take any additional message for drivers, DO NOT use this services on your delivery if not you will have a lot of problems If you are a business and like my case opening at 10:30 they will come everyday at 8:30 when none is there, doesn't matter how hard you try to tell them, is worthless. I will never use these services anymore and i will advice to everyone to avoid this delivery company

hi debbie. thank you for your help. already done it,receive it but the parcel was beaten up. at last ive got it so thats what is important. ill ask next time for a different method of delivery if is dpd. what is done cant be undone. thank you
