[LAPSED] Terrible Service

Complaint against DPD

My parcel suppose to be delivered next day to pick up point but it didn't. After contacting their agent, he said, I'll not receive it until next day. Confirmation email said otherwise, parcel should be ready for collection next day after 12pm but nothing like that happened. I'm very unhappy and upset with service what was provided. DPD, I can say is "never again "
