[RESPONDED] Terrible service!

Complaint against DPD

I received notification that dpd were unable to deliver my parcel as I wasn’t in, to prove my absence they sent me a picture of my neighbours front door! I have tried various numbers all day but no response. Sent an email a few hours ago, again no response. I have in fact been in all day as I ordered a next day delivery and that’s what I expected. Totally unacceptable.
