Complaint against DPD

I actually won a prize with espares, I am still waiting nearly 2 weeks later! It was despatched from espares the next day so far watching track my package it has bounced between Croydon depot and Birmingham! The last post was for 4.7.19 @ 2.15am it was at Croydon depot never to be seen again. I have written a number of emails to DPD none of which have been replied to. There telephone answering system is the worst unless you want to pay £3 a minute. Espares have had no reply to their enquiries either. If I could give no stars I would.I suppose this is what we must expect from a French owned company.
