DPD

firstly I was told that the day we expected the goods that DPD hadn't bothered to collect the item. Parcel was delayed by a day. I provided mobile number, and gave specific instructions and yet it stayed I was not in. A blurred unidentifiable picture was issued showing calling card location. Yet again moronic delivery drivers get it wrong. I was in, there was no attempted delivery and I dont have a calling card delivered. They clearly had the wrong address and rather than call me the lazy driver just falsified information to probably hit targets. Absolutely useless and have made a formal complaint to the supplier using these morons. I will ensure re-training or a sacking is carried out.
