[LAPSED] Very big dissapointment

Complaint against DPD

Hi. I would like to report my dissatisfaction of the latest service that I received. I was expecting a parcel comming from company Hello Fresh contains food products for dinner for week commencing. As I am at work from 6.30 till 18.30 I trequest to leave parcel with my neighbour. Parcel was left litterally on my doorstep where is visible from street and its exposed on full sun. It's not the first time where your driver don't follow instructions that I left for him. This behaviour is very unproffessional . I would like to also add that I am not taking responsibility for this parcel and if it won't be there while I will come back I will pull DPD to take full responsibility for that. This is very disappointing service you provide. You should be ashamed to call yourself experts as you can't eaven deliver parcel to the customer.

Hello Patrycja, I am sorry about your negative experience. If a neighbour is not available to accept the parcel then the driver is required by the sender to leave this at your door.
