[LAPSED] VERY POOR customer service and delivery

Complaint against DPD

What can I say about DPD delivery? I never requested for redeliver the next day, however I had urgent parcel. It's the 92th of the driver's deliveries. He was here at opposite where I work. I asked him politely and refused to give me the urgent parcel and have to wait for another 2-3 hours till he delivers this bloody parcel. How disgusting is that? I repeatedly said, it's just round the corner and can't see why don't he just delivers this urgent parcel to me? Simple as that? I used to be asking my home DPD (Stanmore) to give me the parcels and there's no problem at all. What is the difference can it makes for everyone? I never understand that. I tried to email DPD customer service. No responses from them at all. A lack of communication, I must say.
