[LAPSED] waiting since 11/12/17 for parcel to arrive

Complaint against DPD

My parcel was shipped on the 11/12/17 and should have been here within 5 business days but I am still waiting for it. I have tried emailing twice and the website said it was successful but I got an emails saying it was never delivered. I also have tried ringing 0121 275 0500 but never got through to a person and the only message I got was my parcel was soon to be delivered. I've tried going through the what we have done wrong section and the shoutout section but still haven't got through. I want to know where my parcel is and when I am going to receive it as I am very disappointed with this service and more frustrated with it.
