Complaint against DPD
Email Wednesday delivery due the following morning Thursday. I cancelled my Thursday morning appointments. Email at 10.56 am Thursday saying we acknowledge that you have changed your delivery day to Friday (I had not.) I telephoned customer assistance and was told that delivery had been cancelled by depot due to 'operational reasons.' New email Email says we will email you Friday morning to tell you delivery slot. No email received Friday morning. Parcel delivered Friday lunchtime. One day of my life wasted by dpd. From hereon I shall seek never to buy from any supplier that uses dpd in the UK. My life is worth more than their profits.
