Complaint against DPD

This is to complain about your service for an item that should have been delivered on Wed 26th of April as requested but you tried to deliver on Monday 24th when I knew I would be out. I then received a card on my doorstep on Tuesday the 25th informing me you would try again tomorrow...great I thought I would be in. I waited in ALL day and nothing, no one came, it turns out you didn’t try to deliver. I then went on line and requested you deliver to a neighbour the following day. Nothing came I went online again and found out my request had been denied. So I decided if you can't deliver a simple parcel I would pick it up from your depot. So I arranged to pick it on Sunday the 30th of April. What could go wrong? Well it seems you can’t even do this right as when I turned up at the correct time in the right place your company had lost/misplaced my item. I cannot believe the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism your company has exhibited. Not only has my time, fuel and money been wasted, I'm now losing money as that item is crucial to my business.

already did that.You repeated yourself... sorry item now sent back to company get in touch with them. Wow your customer service are the worst. I spent over a hour round trip to pick it up from your depot not to mention the day I wasted waiting in at home and you haven't even offered to pay for the fuel I wasted...Sorry just will not cut it. This was all down to your companies incompetence
