Complaint against DPD

The experience I had with you yesterday and today was absolutely unacceptable. I booked the delivery for yesterday and the courier didn't came at all even if the delivery has been confirmed. Then I booked another delivery for today (and again the delivery has been confirmed) , called sick at work for the second time (non paid sickness) and then I spent my day looking out from the window. The courier didn't come again. I called your call center at 5.30 and they said that the courier told them that he came but he wasn't able to collect the delivery. Absolutely non sense and untrue. I told to the lady from your call center that you had to send the courier back, because his story wasn't true and I spent 2 days (full days - 9 till 6) at home waiting for him and I was still at home waiting. They just replied that he was too far away. LOL Do you think that your service is professional? Do you think that your courier knows how to do his job? Do you think your customer service is helpful? In my opinion your service is the worst ever. Absolutely ridicoulus and unaccettable.
