[LAPSED] Worst service provider. Please avoid it

Complaint against DPD

We move to Budapest one month back wherein some of our luggage were couriered through DPD. Since more than 20 days I have been chasing for one carton but we haven't received yet.Your driver claims that he came twice and recipient was unavailable. however twice I had taken OFF from my work and was sitting whole day at my home for the delivery guy. However both times he went away without even calling me or messaging me or without even giving us the letter card. We tried mailing to customer care and shared them our concern but no reply was given to us. We tried calling them as well on their customer care number but nobody picks up our call. Our carton was of 25 kg which included our many valuable things.I am surely going to recover the losses from DPD if we are not receiving our luggage.

Hello Shruti, I am very sorry to read about your poor experience with the service and your parcel could not be located. In situations such as this I would advise speaking with the company you placed the booking with since they would be the DPD account holder. They should be able to assist you and discuss the possibility of a claim if required. Kind regards. [Simon]
