[LAPSED] wrong address

Complaint against DPD

hi I was supposed to receive my parcel on Monday 14 between 12:45-13:45. I saw the guy by the window, so I ask if its delivered the package for the number 5 he told me no. I went on dpd website to track my parcel and I receive a mail that i missed the delivery man. I was at home all day waiting for my parcel. I chose another date for the delivery. this is the date Tuesday 15 between 13:06-14:06 but I realize that it is the same thing which is happening once again. I am not happy with their service I wouldn't recommend nobody.
