Complaint against
Parcelforce Worldwide
A delivery company that cannot deliver! Four days and counting so far. Four attempts - apparently the driver could find the address on two occasions despite having the correct address and post code. I live on a main road!!! The other two occasions they decided I was not in. I was. No card left of course and and no parcelforce van or driver features on the CCTV. So I spend ages working through their various CRM systems trying to talk to a human. Finally, I get through and promised a phone call back. Doesn't happen. Complain via twitter and promised a call. Doesn't happen. Had to ring myself twice more. Asked for compensation - no chance the contract is not with me. I have now been promised a timed delivery for tomorrow. We shall see
