Waiting for a parcel since October

Complaint against Parcelforce Worldwide

I've been waiting for a parcel since October. The first time it was held due to pending customs charges, but I was never informed. By the time I contact Parcelforce I was told it was sent back to the sender. As a gesture of good will the seller sent the same item again. This time Parcelforce sent me a letter asking me to pay £109 in customs charges and import taxes. I refused, of course, and I eventually was told it was £24 (cheeky buggers). I paid, but now apparently they can't find my address....which is a rather large and obvious building on a small road. Get my my parcel ASAP, retards!
